Who you are agreeing with

The official registered business name is Aware Helixway, established in 2016. When you enrol, request a seat, or attend a session, you are dealing with that business. Contact is info@aware-helixway.click and 055-283-7104.

Sending a note through the contact form, paying a holding amount, or taking a seat means you accept these terms. If you are enrolling a colleague, you confirm you have authority to do so.

What the sessions are

Aware Helixway teaches technical analysis training in person. The subject is market sentiment read beside technical context: swing structure, volume, and breadth. Classroom talk is educational. Decisions about buying or selling remain with each student and with any firm that student already uses.

Account management, order entry, and personal trade instructions sit outside every session. A fuller description of each session is on its own page under Sessions.

Enrolment

A seat is reserved only when Aware Helixway confirms it in writing. Submitting the form, or speaking by telephone, begins the conversation. The studio holds eight seats. The weekend workshop holds twelve. Briefing guest places are held in the order written replies are sent.

Teaching is in English. You are responsible for understanding the session in that language. Printed materials use English with the usual market names left unchanged.

Fees

Published fees are listed on the rates page and are charged in Korean won. Payment is by bank transfer to the account named in your confirmation. The website does not collect card payments. A studio seat uses a holding amount and a later balance, as described on the rates page. Other sessions are paid as stated there.

If a transfer arrives without a name we can match to a confirmation, we will ask you to identify it. Until it is matched, the seat is not held.

Intellectual property

Printed chart packs, the wording of the sentiment page, the Monday review layout, and the spoken sequence of a session are owned by Aware Helixway. You may keep and use your own handwritten notes for your private study. You may not copy the printed packs for a class, a company desk, or publication, and you may not record audio or video in the room.

Charts you bring to a desk review remain yours. Margin notes added by the instructor during the hour may be kept with that chart for your private use.

Conduct in the room

Phones stay in the basket during the first hour of a studio evening. You may be asked to leave if you persistently turn a session into a request for trade instructions, or if you disrupt other students. Fees in that case follow the refund page only where a session has not yet started; work already underway is handled there.

You are welcome to disagree with a mark. Disagreement is part of the hour. Insults directed at another student are not.

Liability

Markets move for reasons no classroom can settle. Aware Helixway is not liable for trading losses, missed gains, or decisions you make after a session. To the extent Korean law allows, liability connected with a session is limited to the fee you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law does not allow a business to limit, including liability for intentional harm.

You attend a room in an ordinary commercial building. Tell us before the session if you need step-free access, and we will say plainly whether the stair and doorway can meet that need.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction. The place of business is Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do.

Changes

We may update these terms for later sessions. The date at the top of this page will change. A session already confirmed in writing keeps the terms that were posted on the day of confirmation, unless a change is required by law.
