The official registered business name is Aware Helixway. The business was established in 2016 in Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do.
Shin Junseo spent nine years on a futures desk in Busan. In 2016 he registered Aware Helixway and began a Tuesday circle for people who already watched the Korean cash session and wanted a slower way to read it. The first meetings were four colleagues and a borrowed table. The habit that survived from the desk was simple: write what the room sounded like before you touch the chart.
In 2019 the circle moved to 14 Gongdan-ro, Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, 51522. The long table, the eight chairs, and the printed packs date from that move. Students started coming from the industrial side of Changwon and from Masan after work. The teaching stayed in English, with index and company names left in the form the market already uses.
Han Yeri joined in 2021. She had kept a morning participation note for a research desk in Busan, and she took the volume evening and the breadth evening so those subjects would not be rushed at the end of Shin's structure weeks. In 2024 the Field Notebook Workshop was added for people who wanted the journal without six Tuesdays. The Context Reading Studio remains the center of the year.
Market sentiment and technical context are written in different places. A headline may be copied. It may not erase a lower high that is still on the chart. Volume is described as participation in a bar that already happened. Breadth is a count of names you actually follow, not a mood. Students keep their own handwritten notes.
